These packages generally fall into three categories, but these can be completely customised according to your individual needs.  In order to get an idea of the various options and combinations, please consider the following three packages:

Self Starter

This package applies where the client has a reasonable level of technical ability or previous experience in ISO standards, as well as the time to manage the overall project.  For this client we can offer the following services;

Free initial consultation, along with advice and recommendations as to how to get started. Some of this information is already available on our website under the tab “Resource Centre”.  This will help the client to get a feel for the scope of the project, and determine whether they can take overall responsibility for project management.

 If yes, then I can offer a number of stand alone one-to-one workshops in key areas such as ISO project management, process mapping and internal auditing.  The benefits of this approach are;

•  More cost effective (support as and when it is needed)
  
• Increased transparency
• Skill set in ISO systems is developed and retained within the client company
• Follow up support to all programs is available by e-mail/telephone, so you always have an expert to call on.

medium level of support

This package would apply where the client feels that they would benefit from some external oversight, to ensure that the project milestones are reached, and that any problems arising are addressed in a timely basis. This would include some of the services listed under the previous package, but would also include weekly or monthly site progress visits.

full project management

This package would apply where the client does not have an internal resource, and needs to fully outsource the ISO project management.  This level of support would generally involve a combination of the previous two packages, along with a regular presence by the consultant on-site for the duration of the project. The on-site time would be minimised in order to manage costs but typically it would involve a number of days per month, and this would vary depending on the project stage; e.g. the bulk of the time investment would be in the initial stages of the project, when the management system is being developed.
